Our specialized outpatient opioid treatment centers combine individual, group and family counseling with carefully monitored medication-assisted treatment for addiction and mental health symptoms.
We understand that addiction is personal and affects everyone differently; that is why we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. Our highly trained staff meets and evaluates each patient and works together to find the treatment medications that best suit their needs. These may include methadone, buprenorphine (suboxone) or extended-release injectable naltrexone (Vivitrol).
Walk-in services may be available. For more information, please contact a treatment center:

Beth Israel Lahey Health Partial Hospitalization Programs provide therapeutic alternatives to inpatient treatment for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use issues that cause them to have difficulty functioning at work, at home or in the community.
For adolescents and young adults struggling with substance use, we offer group and individual counseling as well as training and consultations for schools and other community providers.

Recovery support navigators (RSN) provide non-clinical care management to help individuals with a substance use disorder and/or co-occurring mental health disorder navigate the early stages of recovery. Navigators work to educate and support individuals in need of medication-assisted treatment while helping to address housing, education, employment and transportation needs.
