Community Service Agency in Haverhill

Community Service Agency – Haverhill provides intensive care coordination and family support & training to youth/families meeting serious emotional disturbance (SED) criteria. These services are generally for youth who have experienced, or are at risk for an out of home placement.

• Youth 0-21*
  • *These youth must meet the criteria for a Serious Emotional Disturbance (including a qualifying mental health diagnosis), and must be enrolled in MassHealth
